How to Post On Instagram from PC And Mac
Posting on Instagram have lots of ways and also determines the type of browser you are using Most browsers have a way of letting you change the thing that tells a website what kind of device you’re on which is called “User Agent” (on Mac). So, even when you’re on a laptop or desktop, you can trick a website like Instagram into showing you the mobile view of it. So it’s what we’re going to do.
To do this on your Safari Browser, it’s easy. Go to Safari > Preferences > Advanced. Check the box at the very bottom that says, “Show Develop menu in menu bar.”
Now open a private browsing window (also known as Incognito mode). Head to Developer > User Agent > Safari — iOS 10 — iPhone. After that go to Instagram website, sign in your account and click the camera button at the bottom of the screen to upload a photo from your mac storage.
In Chrome, open your chrome browser on your keyboard press Ctrl + Shift + I to open the developer tools menu or you do this on your mouse right-click the page > Inspect > a new windows pop up then you click the Tablet icon located at the top-left on the window of developer tools (make sure you do this on the chrome browser homepage). Go to Instagram.com and sign in your account (The page you are one would be on mobile view right from wen you selected tablet mode), at the bottom of the screen you’ll find a camera button, which lets you upload a photo right from your desktop computer.
Chrome Users: If the camera icon fails to work after you clicked it, you can select a preferred phone of your choice by looking slightly at the top of your mobile view and change the Responsive to any mobile type like of your choice.
